The Bubble Room is internationally famous for its unique presentation of very high quality foods and generous portions. Here we show a small selection of the most popular dishes.
All entrees are priced to include our world famous basket of bubble bread and sticky buns, plus a choice of Greek or house salad and all appropriate vegetables.

Sautéed Scallops, green
peppers and mushrooms
in a delicious guava BBQ dipping sauce. Served with our homemade French bread.
Four large sautéed gulf shrimp, in garlic butter sauce. Served with our homemade French bread!
Skewers of chicken marinated in rice wine, ginger, garlic, and soy sauce. Served with strawberry
salsa and pineapple relish.
A wide choice of sixteen or so entrees, are offered every night and the following are just a small sample.
Succulent and juicy,
large 16 oz. aged
T-Bone Steak, dipped
in garlic juice and served still sizzling in fragrant garlic on a cast iron skillet. A garlic lovers delight!
Slow cooked prime rib, served with au jus and horse radish sauce.
Enjoy the challenging Tarzan cut or the smaller Jane cut.
Golden Roasted Duck
with a tasty tropical
orange and banana sauce
served with wild rice
and selected vegetables

Fresh fillet of local Grouper lightly topped with a tasty Ritz cracker and chopped pecan concoction, tightly sealed in a brown paper bag and baked. The grouper bakes and steams simultaneously, a moist nutty flavored fish.
Two thick, very slow cooked
Pork Loin Chops with garlic and key lime juice.
Served with a baked banana and guava shell stuffed with cream cheese.
These are succulent large Gulf Shrimp prepared in a light buttermilk pancake batter.

Served with a choice of tartar or cocktail sauce.

Gulf Shrimp seasoned with Louisiana “HOT” spices and served in garlic tequila butter sauce. Served with rice, baked banana, and guava shell stuffed with cream cheese.
